Requirement Gathering & Alignment

Working directly with stakeholders to uncover and align on core business needs. I use visualization tools like draw.io to map out complex flows and grasp requirements deeply, translating them into actionable technical tasks and Jira Epics.

Solution & Prototyping

Designing scalable systems tailored to specific business aspects. Before diving into full development, I build a quick POC (Proof of Concept) to validate technical feasibility, refine the strategy, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Feature Development

Hands-on execution. Writing clean, performant code as a Forward Deployed Engineer. Building the core features, integrating complex APIs, and ensuring the technical solution robustly meets stakeholder expectations.

Deployment & Iteration

Owning the end-to-end release. Stakeholders can track live progress and deployment status transparently through Jira. I manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor health post-launch, and iterate based on rapid feedback.

WebLLM Offline Assistant

Fully offline, browser-native AI assistant powered by WebGPU with dynamic model switching (Gemma/Llama), eliminating backend dependency entirely. Built as a Progressive Web App with advanced service worker caching, enabling installable, native-like performance and complete data privacy. Handles real-time local inference directly on-device, with initial model download time depending on network speed — after which the system runs entirely offline. Deployed on VPS with Nginx, HTTPS, and optimized asset delivery.
